The DV Hotels group is looking for a PORTER/MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN to join the team at the DE LA VILLE hotel in Riccione:

We are looking for someone with skills ranging from electrical and mechanical equipment to plumbing and electrical systems.

Responsibility

The maintenance to be managed will be preventive, ordinary and extraordinary, in particular:
  • Ensure that all facilities within the hotel premises are safe;
  • Ensure proper maintenance of the systems;
  • Perform inspections, repairs and maintenance processes on all components of the structure;
  • Follow and update the preventative maintenance plan on a monthly basis;
  • Provide recommendations to management on the replacement of inefficient or obsolete equipment;
  • Maintenance of green areas outside the structure;
  • Meeting room setup.

Requirements:
  • Good electronic and mechanical skills;
  • Master appliance maintenance techniques;
  • Good aptitude in managing new problems/situations;
  • Ability to work both independently and in collaboration with other professionals;
  • 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, initial fixed-term contract with real possibilities of conversion to permanent.
