Night porter

The DV Hotels group is looking for people to join the Front Office team:

• NIGHT PORTER

The selected resource will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of reception and security activities at night, as well as ensuring proper rest and tranquility for guests, in compliance with the facility's standards.

Specifically, his duties will be:

• Provide assistance requests from guests of the facility.
• Supervise the facility to ensure the safety of guests.
• Check that the structure is functioning correctly.
• Customer check-in and check-out operations.
• Manage customer records and reservations with contacts, charges, and requests.
• Concierge service.
• Check messages and emails for urgent requests.
• Switchboard.

Previous experience in the role is required.

Employment contract: Full-time, Fixed-term with the possibility of a permanent contract
