Head of the Hall

The DV Hotels group is looking for people to join the dining room team at its 4* Hotel DE LA VILLE in Riccione (RN):

• Coordination and supervision of dining room and bar activities;
• Direct involvement in daily operational activities, ensuring support to the team;
• Supply management and inventory monitoring;
• Quality control of the goods.

• Previous experience in the role
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership and problem-solving skills
• Attention and care to detail,
• Excellent knowledge of English and Italian
• Flexible hours and availability to work shifts, including weekends
• Immediate availability or within a short time
• The contract will initially be fixed, with the intention of the organization to provide a permanent placement.
• Hours: full time
