1 Head of the Party and 1 Kitchen Assistant

Hotel La Vetta is located in San Domenico , a town nestled in the heart of the Lepontine Alps , at 1,420 metres above sea level, immersed in one of the most uncontaminated and authentic landscapes of the Piedmont Alpine arc, on a plateau in the Cairasca Valley.

• Head Chef

• The selected candidate, working alongside the CHEF, will oversee food preparation and ensure that food packaging, presentation, and cleanliness are always impeccable and conducted according to company standards and in compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Diploma in the tourism and hotel sector
• At least 2 years' experience in a similar position or 2 years in a cooking position in similarly sized establishments or high-quality restaurants.
• We are looking for a precise, orderly, flexible person with an eye for quality and detail.
• Excellent manual skills, initiative, creativity, a sense of taste and aesthetics, and the ability to work in a team.
• A good command of the English language, knowledge of culinary techniques, product preparation, and hygiene and health regulations are essential requirements.
