- Executive Chef
- Sous Chef
- Kitchen Commis
The identified resources, coordinating the team's work, will be responsible for preparing the dish and ensuring that packaging, food presentation, and cleanliness are always impeccable and carried out according to company standards and in compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Diploma in the tourism and hotel sector
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar position in similarly sized establishments or high-quality restaurants.
- We are looking for precise, orderly, flexible people who pay attention to quality and detail.
- Excellent manual skills, initiative, creativity, a sense of taste and aesthetics, and the ability to work in a team.
- Knowledge of culinary techniques, product preparation, and hygiene and health regulations are essential requirements.
Employment contract: Fixed-term or permanent, starting in September
