Chef de partie/Commis di Cucina
The DV Hotels group is looking for people to join the team of its 4* hotel located in Alta Badia:
- Chief Cook
- Kitchen commission
The resource identified, coordinating the work of the team, will take care of the preparation of the dish and will ensure that the packaging, presentation of the foods and cleaning are always impeccable and carried out according to company standards and in compliance with health and hygiene standards and safety.
- Diploma in the tourism-hotel sector
- Experience of at least 1 year in a similar position or 2 years in chef positions in structures of the same category or high quality standard restaurants.
- We are looking for a precise, tidy, flexible, attentive to quality and detail person.
- Excellent dexterity, initiative, creativity, sense of taste and aesthetics and ability to work in a team.
- A good command of the English language, knowledge of culinary techniques, product preparation and sanitation standards are a fundamental requirement.
- A basic knowledge of the German language is also preferable
