Assistant Chef and Buffettist

DV Hotels Group srl is looking for people to join the KITCHEN team at the 4-star Hotel HR Resort and the Hotel Continental, located in Senigallia (AN):

• Kitchen Assistant / Buffettist

The identified resources will deal with:

• Support the Chef and the Chef de Partie in the preparation of the lines and dishes
• Carry out the basic preparations according to the instructions received
• Collaborate during the service ensuring order, speed and precision
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation
• Check and manage assigned raw materials correctly
• Buffet management entrusted, operational support guest
• Comply with HACCP regulations and kitchen standards
• Work as a team to ensure smooth and efficient service and that cleaning is always impeccable and carried out according to company standards and in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Diploma in the tourism and hotel sector
• At least 2 years' experience in a similar position in similarly sized establishments or high-quality restaurants
• We are looking for precise, tidy, flexible people who pay attention to quality and details.
• Excellent manual skills, initiative, creativity, sense of taste and aesthetics and ability to work in a team
• Knowledge of culinary techniques, product preparation and hygiene and health regulations are a fundamental requirement.
• Local residence is an advantage. Accommodation is not provided.

Contract duration: 3 months (from July to September)
